Friendly Reminder:

2. Only put ONE ball into the hole on the top of the launcher. The ball will be launched in about 5 seconds. Then, put in another ball when the inner roller stops rotating.

3. The ball launcher CANNOT work while charging.

4. Make sure no one is standing in front of the device when launching. The working indicator flashes red when the ball is put in and launched; the working indicator turns green when the device is not launching.

5. Do not put hands into the launching pocket.

6. Please closely supervise your dog when playing to ensure their safety; remove the ball if pieces start to break off from it.

7. Damaged tennis balls, dirty surfaces, and wet balls will affect the launch distance.
